Oil Interceptor Maintenance & Drain Cleaning
Our oil separator emptying, cleaning and maintenace services are available for emergency response or planned works. We facilitate infrastructure cleaning projects from road gullies to oil water separators to high pressure jetting and debris removal.
Our specialist equipment uses no chemicals just high-pressure water which can clear blockages, dislodge debris, clean culverts and conduits.

Oil Interceptor Testing
We can carry out periodic testing of your oil interceptors/ separators to allow your site to stay within compliance to your consent to discharge.
We can give your interceptor a health check to identify any issues before they arris or if a full clean is required.
If a full clean is required then Mitchell & Webber has a highly trained and in-house confined space team that will be able to remove any sedimentation / solid build up, which will bring your interceptor back into manufactures specification.
Our team utilises specialised ADR Vacuum tankers which are oil and fuel safe for collecting and transporting potentially dangerous cargos.
We can carry out localised repairs on steel, GRP, fibre glass and concrete based materials of interceptors and pipework.

Hazardous areas

The confined space teams can carry out specialist cleaning projects in difficult to reach high risk areas. The interceptor team utilises our ADR Vacuum Tanker assets providing you with a one stop solution.
Our technicians are trained to a high standard and are fully compliant with confined space regulations 1997, all technicians hold valid confined space high risk training, ADR for the transportation of dangerous goods & various heavy plant and equipment training.
